Memorandum International Ltd. specialises in recording voice and video calls to the Internet. Memorandum’s mprec service has yielded several successful concepts for the Finnish Broadcasting Company (YLE), Finland's 2nd biggest telecom operator Elisa and youth community portal Kuvake.net, amongst others. In addition, many journalists have replaced their traditional recorders with mprec.

In Spring 2007 Memorandum International and Satama, the biggest new media company in Finland, lodged a joint patent application for the recording innovation in February 2007.
